Spring is here!
« on: February 21, 2010, 08:58:22 AM »
When I got up yesterday and went out back to have coffee and watch sun up, I noticed a male Martin on the bird box. This morning, there were two. A male and a female. Here in Texas that's the official start of spring. YeeHa!  ;D

I had my coffee and looked out back. Two snowmen on the turkey mound. One more than last time I looked.

I hates you!   ;D
Anti: I think some of you gentleman would choose to apply a gun shaped remedy to any problem or potential problem that presented itself? Your reverance (sic) for firearms is maintained with an almost religious zeal. The mind boggles! it really does...

Me: Naw, we just apply a gun-shaped remedy to those extreme life threatening situations that call for it. All the less urgent problems we're willing to discuss.

Spring? What's that.
We're getting hit with a snow storm in the morning.

I found a dead robin on the sidewalk at work last week. Does that mean spring's here? And saw a nice fat squirrel in the back yard this morning.

Isn't seeing a dead robin like the groundhog seeing it's shadow?  :)
