I've only seen Boston Legal a couple of times, however I did catch this episode last night.  I typically would not consider myself a Shattner fan, but you gotta love the Denny Crane character.  I think I could easily become a fan of Boston Legal if the majority of the episodes are as good as the few that I have seen.

William Shatner is amazing. He was terrible actor (TJ Hooker anyone?) and an even worse singer (here I submit "I'm a rock-it man" which I will not post as I'd rather hear Steve Lee on a continous loop ;D). Yet and still, now that he has made a career out of poking fun at himself, he's funny as hell. How does someone so talentless become such a cultural icon that they can get rich doing this? Only in America. ;D ;D ;D

It was a Henry survival .22 he used.  Pulled it from his credenza and assembled it.  GREAT STUFF! ;D

Back to the beginning.

Seems like Billy ain't missing any meals these days either. Kind of the Marlon Brando lifestyle - next thing he will be dressing in black khaftis made by Omar the tent maker.

Sorry, off my anti-snark medicine today.

Actually, the idea of Shatner doing tongue in cheek ads for the NRA (ala priceline)  is hilarious. Scene: Bad guy enters home. Scared woman screams and gets a busy signal from 911. In steps Shatner with an AK. Empties mag into BG. Cue theme song "NRA negotiator". ;D LMAO ;D
