Andrew P. Napolitano is a 59 year old former New Jersey Superior Court Judge. He is a graduate of  Princeton University, and Notre Dame Law  School. At Princeton he was a founding member of the Concerned Alumni of Princeton along with Justice Samuel Alito.
 
Judge Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey .

More of the beliefs we need to hear and to have move this Country.

We are seeing so much of this growing resistance...From Dem's lose of the seat held by Kennedy to the Tea Parties and to the many we have heard speaking with such force and commitment to Freedom as Judge Napolitano.

I just hope that it continues to grow and forces the changes we need.  

If they do, then the election of Obama and the subsequent policies have been a blessing.  Perhaps they will be the Bale That Broke The Camel's Back.

I say Bale because Straw seem such and understatement.

My prayer is that God continues to bless Andrew Napolitano, that his voice remains strong that his clarion call will be heeded by many.

But I fear the sheeple will not hear this truth nor heed his warning.  I continue to weep for my country.

Civilizations last, on average, about 200 years.  We have exceeded that time.  We have forgot, as a nation, the history of our founding and what it meant to those who cast off the yoke of empire, and to subsequent generations.  We have forgot how to win wars.  We have abandoned morality and we have embraced instant gratification.  There may yet be time to regain our nation, but time is rapidly dwindling if it is not already too late.

Read and have his book Constitutional Chaos. Very Good read and I recommend it.

Maybe on the T & T ticket he could be considered for SCOTUS. 8)
