Well, you can't find a better food town outside of NYC, San Fran, NO, Charleston or Tuscon. Google it. I wouldn't even dream of telling you where to go. Every celebrity chef has a francise in Vegas. Thats the down side. You're getting "son of X". Still, you shouldn't have cause to gripe. If, as your post implies, money isn't an issue, I'd just say screw it and go with Ceasars Palace. You've got it all. On the strip, very nice rooms, a dozen restaraunts, a casino, floor shows and you never really need to leave the hotel. A bit cheezy and commercial, but that's the whole point of going to Vegas isn't it?

I say the Wynn or Bellagio. Vegas has outstanding deals now. Check them out online, then call them.

+1 on the Wynn & Bellagio, if your planning on dropping some $$$$.  8)

They all have V.I.P. suites.

Let us know what you decided on.  ;D

Plus one more on the Wynn or Bellagio.  First rate.  Great food.  Nice rooms.  Nifty casinos.  Fine entertainment.  More than a couple of shekels, but it's Vegas.  Go online and see who's playing and where, and see if you can tickets as part of your package.  Mostly, have fun and treat the missus like it's her honeymoon. ;)
