Well, you can't find a better food town outside of NYC, San Fran, NO, Charleston or Tuscon. Google it. I wouldn't even dream of telling you where to go. Every celebrity chef has a francise in Vegas. Thats the down side. You're getting "son of X". Still, you shouldn't have cause to gripe. If, as your post implies, money isn't an issue, I'd just say screw it and go with Ceasars Palace. You've got it all. On the strip, very nice rooms, a dozen restaraunts, a casino, floor shows and you never really need to leave the hotel. A bit cheezy and commercial, but that's the whole point of going to Vegas isn't it?
