Yep...the first video in the OP was militia volunteers......friendly casualties.

That kind of stuff used to happen to the Vietnamese all the time, It seems that if you hacksaw to quickly on the casing, the 500 pounds of TNT you are trying to salvage blow you into eternity.  ;D
