Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

What I'm going to tell you is a deeply guarded secret in the ag world  ;)

The University of Minnesota developed a marshmallow tree in the early 60's, but the medical and dental field at the U squelched it.  However, it is still being raised in a far back corner of the arboretum at Chaska, and it is cataloged for sale as Sta Puft Hybrid #2462 - suitable for growing zones 2 - 6.

I was at the Arboretum last month.  I never saw a marshmallow tree.  I did, however, get to see Prince's Paisley Park Studios on the way.

Prince baby ended up in the legal notice of the paper a couple weeks ago.  How would you like to own his studio and mansion through tax forfiture (sp).

Well, with everyone wanting a Marshmellow tree in their back yard maybe we should start a gardening thread with tips on how to grow one from seeds or cuttings or whatever.

Please do, BAC, were hoping for a large time.....I wired the surround sound for the quarry. Nothing like Joe Cocker, while enjoying some range time on private property . Had some great times shooting playing cards with my Mauser, against a Winchester 30/30, at 100 yds. It's just a big back yard we all wish we could have, and the NRA Convention is 30 minutes away.

Smell that???? It's pig pickin time,.....Plus strawberries.... Pick em' yourself.... Gotta bring the 45 Colt,... ;)

6weeks...

Unfortunate change of plans.  We won't be attending the NRA Convention this year after all.  Too much to do around here.  There's next year in Pittsburgh.
