The short version is that Ginsberg also will retire during the Obama regime which means that the socialist will replace 3 of 4 liberal Justices, no loss to us as those 4 are already lost to the Red's.
Upside ? Unless they leave and are replaced before January 2011, which is unlikely, the anti socialist landslide coming in November could put Conservatives in those seats.

I think Stevens is planning to finish the term which ends after Chicago is decided.

My main concern is Thomas - a reliable Constitutionalist and not in the best of health.
