Report from Kansas 2nd Amendment rally today

about 60 people attended and we had a great time and great speakers, Monday at 1pm is hard for the working man to make the rally. Beautiful day and I saw two Topeka TV stations there for part of the rally, I met several strong supporters of the 2nd amendment and I hope to have a video lead in the next day or two. I was impressed with Kris Kobac running for Sec of State and a Constitution lawyer/teacher giving history on our rights to own and posses weapons. Todd Tiahrt running for Senator Brownbacks office is the only Kansas congressman that has Co-Sponsored the 5 illegal immigration bills in the house. He is rock solid supporter on the 2nd amendment and has sponsored the Tiahrt bill which you should check out for yourself. I had met Dennis Pyle a couple years ago when we were trying to stop illegals in Kansas and he supported us and is a rock solid on the 2nd amendment and running against Lynn Jenkins who I believe is in the pocket of the Chamber of Commerce. This is my opinion only and I hope to expand my report soon with the rest of the speakers who spoke. Thanks to the people that could make the rally and the people who support the 2nd amendment who couldn't make it

Brownback is an idiot and in the pocket of the religious right, who most assuredly do not believe in small government or individual rights. If you have a pro-gun, anti-illegal immigrant canidate runing against him, by all means support the guy. If you wouldn't mind, either post ot PM some details about Tiarht. I think posting would be better as I doubt I'm alone in my views.
