Hey Dakotaranger - I got one of those also. Mine has lived in CZ republic for yrs. and voted for "O"NO! Well I guess ya can't disown family but just visit with them and don't talk politics or religion with them and things go fine.
I made the mistake once of referring to Comrade President as Comrade President. I fully realize he's not communist as defined by ol' karl. She saw fit to point it out. I had to go through each type of marxism and point out similarities he had to each version, short of maoism because of yet he has to 'reeducate' people...she didn't respond for some reason.
Then back when there were guys down in Arizona protesting with the modern sporting rifle slung over their shoulder how great it was seeing people celebrating the constitution. She was afraid that someone was going to pop off a couple rounds at him.
I went threw the Black Hand, which supposedly was an anarchist group, but if you read the manefesto marx explains how government will just fade away once world wide socialism is obtained. She tried to point out the assaination of JFK, but Oswald was a self-described communist. I added the kids from Columbine, that monster from Virgina Tech, and that shooting in Scandianavia a few years ago turns out he did it to honor the october revolution. ALL had very decided marxist rants. I pointed out all the assassination books and films the left put out for President Bush. And said no one is going to try anything because EVERY gunowner realizes the guncontrol that would be pushed. But then I then told her, "you know you convinced me there should be gun control. Liberals and leftists shouldn't be allowed to own because obviously you guys can't handle the responsibility." For some reason she didn't respond and I don't know why
