Do You Guys Think There Is Any Validity To This ?

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT

                                  AP - WASHINGTON D.C. -
In a move certain to fuel  the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group  "Americans for Freedom of Information" has Released copies of President Obama's college  transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript  school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign  student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was  released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for  foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student  must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups,  Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study  estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past  year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to  block  disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U..S. Attorney general, Eric Holder.  Mr. Holder has refused to comment on  the matter...

LET OTHER FOLKS KNOW THIS NEWS, THE MEDIA WON'T !

       Subject: RE: Issue of Passport?

While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so  yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
            1) He traveled with a U.S... Passport,
            2) He traveled with a  British passport, or
            3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the  U.S... State Department's "no travel" list  in 1981.

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an  Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he  relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008..

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

If you Don't care that Your President is not a  natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete  this, and then lower your American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on life-support, and won't survive much longer.

If you do care then Forward this to as many patriotic Americans as you can, because our country is being looted and ransacked!

I cannot speak to the entirety of the issue, but I can say that this portion of the statement is innaccurate.  I worked as International Marketing Manager for a major defense contractor and visited Pakastani officials in Karachi during this period. I can affirm that I traveled under a US passport, that the State Department was aware of my visit, and that no special permission was asked for or received.  Pakistan was under a US Govt. travel warning, and specific warning was made regarding dangers in the capital city, Islamibad due to the same sorts of "frontier" activity going on now.  But, Odamna could have used a US passport.

The one thing that particularly stands out in my memory of that trip is that I had to sign a form registering as an alcoholic and affirm that I required alcohol for the maintenance of my health BEFORE I could get a Scotch at the 4-Star hotel where I stayed.  The next day, the government official with whom I met had a party where he served numerous types of alcohol to the extensive assemblage of his guests.  There, no one had to sign anything.

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

Bill, I think that was the email that originally fueled the Birther movement.
Everything I needed to learn in life I learned from Country Music.

I'm starting to doubt all of it. This stuff has been out there long enough to rot, and nothing has become of any of it. I know when Lou Dobbs was over at CNN he was leading the stampede on this whole issue. Dobbs has a lot of credibility, but it doesn't appear so in this case. I have never heard of anything involving the Supreme Court on this matter. If it were fact the entire media in this country would be all over it like stink on dog crap. This one is out there with crop circles and ancient astronauts.  Bill T.

About the only thing I question is Hussein's actions, or rather the lack of them. Most sitting President's don't respond to trivial things. Hussein does. He continually whines about Fox News "picking on him", and personally mentions O'Reilly and Sean Hannity by name. He goes out of his way to bash the Tea Party saying they should be "thanking him", and makes stupid comments like, "There comes a point when you've made enough money". He even directly addresses hecklers at his speeches, something very few Presidents do.

With that said I would think if he could in fact prove this wrong he would, simply because in his eyes it would elevate him, and trash the whole "birther movement" against him. He has a big ego, and loves to get into the mud to defend it. More so than any President I can remember. That is the only thing that makes me wonder. If he had indisputable proof, I think he'd call a big a$$ press conference just so he could rub everyone's nose in it. He is, and always has been, that kind of guy.  Bill T.

On one hand I am so fed up with this and all the games that I could scream!  All the idiot ... Excuse me Pres. BH"Idiot"O needs to do is stand up with a couple pieces of paper, make us all look like idiots, and then make this go away - and it will.

However, I believe his spin machine loves this stuff.  The longer they can let it go on the worse they can make Constitution loving Americans look like the idiots and distract the country from what they are really up to.

Deep down I believe he does not meet the requirements to be President of the United States.  However, I also do not believe that we will ever be able to prove it or enforce it anymore.  I also fear what would happen if it were proven - all the legislation he has signed, the judges he has appointed, the succession of leadership (Biden was elected on his ticket "illegally").  I just keep stuffing it down and pray for the best.

I see two bigger issues we need to focus on today:

1. He is waffling on his campaign promises one after another - Tough security and immigration reform, has all been tabled in light of Arizona's actions.  And even though I am for balanced energy and that we need oil, his support of off shore drilling scares me for what he is hiding about future moves.  He also has not shown his full hand on the Second Amendment.  We all know what his history is, what he campaigned on, and the continual silence over the last year and a half except for telling his lieutenants to back off because the timing wasn't right (a public slip they have learned from);

2.  His powerful control of the "leadership."  He has all the players in place to do just about anything he wants, and the Medical Insurance Bill (I still won't call it healthcare) has proven he can ram anything down our throats anytime he wants.  And, his smooth communication skills keep the sheeple coming back to his fold even after he rubs their faces in it and forces them to kiss the orifice.

If he can maintain strength through the November election the next two years will be a living hell as he pushes item after item to test the limits and get stuff done in case he is a four year wonder.
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

The "birther thing is crap, I've looked into this myself, since his Mother was an American he is automaticly a citizen, regardless of where he was born, the only way to change that is to go to a US Embassy and  PERSONALLY and officially renounce your citizenship. (It's the G, they have a form in triplicate. )
The fact that Indonesia doesn't recognize dual citizenship is not relevant.
The Occidental records are more what I expected. He lied on his Financial aid forms.
Would not be surprised if some of his tuition payments came from accounts traceable to CPUSA.
His childhood mentor, Frank Davis, was a ranking member, and Barry O did not get through Harvard by working nights.

+1

Even if his mom renounced both of their citizenship, I doubt it would count unless he did it himself as an adult.
I could get an Irish Republic passport because my grandfather was born there. I would not have to give up my US citizenship to qualify as far as the Irish are concerned.

I've seen the email for a year so I would say its BS.
