You know, Assault Propane Tank.  The one used in the crime was allegedly painted black rendering it an APT.  Further supporting that case, the APT was outfitted with a quarter turn valve and was filled with +P ammunition (added pressure propane.)  The tank was also a high capacity version holding 6 gallons which actually held 6.5 gallons being the +P version.  When an APT like this is placed in a grill with electronic ignition (or an Isuzu,) there is no way to measure the evil that it can unleash on society; they must ban all APTs to prevent more senseless loss of lives!

Time to test old memories:

How many here remember the 70's and 80's when the big push was on to ban "Saturday Night Specials?"  No concern over type, style, power, caliber, accuracy ...  All they were concerned about was price and affordability.  KelTec is a proven reliable and durable firearm, they have designs being copied by others, and they do it for a low price.  Bare with me here ... Does anyone visualize the "KelTec Bill" speeding through Congress to protect us all from the proliferation of firearms so cheep that you can get them in a box of Cracker Jack?  Not to mention the certain amendment to limit the number of "clips" a person can own ... I can here Office Max and Staples screaming discrimination already ... our only hope

M58, isn't it true that we can't buy short barrel rifles or have a foregrip on long barrel pistols because they appear to be "gangster?"  That is fallout from the Al Capone days where they were trying to do something about the problem and those types of weapons were associated with gangsters at the time.  Unfortunately, there is a legacy of putting in a lot of anti-gun bills with some of them sticking.  Surely, this will be an excuse to ban a high caliber, low cost pistol like the Kel-tec.
Good news, if any is that these fears over banning weapons give me a great excuse to expand my collection "just in case."

I've been wondering for a couple years how they have slipped the bullpups past the gun haters.  My skeptical mind says that somehow they have to be wringing their hands over how they can tie it to anyone of the many bans in the past.  I understand how they are legal, but that has never stopped an anti or their attorney in the past.
