Well, SCOTUS nominee will skate thru!

This openly gay lesbian with no judicial experience will scoot right thru, just like the Messiah! I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it before now! I've got my supplies ready, gonna head for the hills with ammo and guns in hand!

The gay thing doesn't matter, I used to use the term "communist c*@ks%ckers"  to indicate the far left, until one time I was in a discussion and realized that the 3 people who seemed to be Patriotic Americans and agreed with me were all Gay.
The 2 socialists were straight.   ???
But the "no judicial experience" ? Seems like a deal killer to me.
But we have a (alleged ) President who is trying to learn as he goes, why a SC Justice ?   ::)

We're sooo screwed.    :-\

Uh, last I looked, Thorpe is in the hills . . . .  ;D

Not at all happy with the pick, not in the slightest. Another "Constitution is a living breathing evolving document" type hitting the big time.

Didn't we have a thread here once, about something like - when will you know it's time?

Yeah, the gay thing does matter!   ;D

It's all something we'd like to experience in our bedrooms, but I don't like that kind of bias in our SCOTUS!

I heard a news story that she was Dean of Harvard when they banned US Military recruiters on campus.
Wether she actually made the decision, it was made by her employers, or forced by a court decision I do not know.

Why do guys fantasize about lesbians? Here's a clue, they don't like men! ;D I don't know enough about her yet to form an opinion, but the lack of judicial experience is nothing new. Chief Justice Rhenquist was never a judge. It is a concern though, as an SC justice does need a different mindset than a politiian or academic.

He may not have been a judge but his entire career was spent in courtrooms,

The President nominated Chaz (Chastity) Bono......we're definately screwed but it doesn't really change the court, for now...

Personally, at least we can be happy it's not Hillary or Willy..
