I'll believe they are really acting for the misguided goal of fairness when the DNC website has a link to Russ Limbaugh.

And since they seem to put a lot of stock into this all being voluntary, I'd like to see them do so now, as a good example of their good intentions, before any law or regulation is enacted.

Frankly, if they don't have a link to Rush, they're missing a trick. He's the best fundraiser theDNC could have. "Ditto" with the NRA and having a link to the Brady bunch. Why pay for advertising when your opponents will piss your base off enough to make them reach for their checkbooks without you even asking? Its like the guy, I  can't remember his name, who ran against Hillary in her 1st Senate bid. The guy was a non-entity but he made millions with the most cost effective and harshest fund raising campaign in history. He didn't have glossy brochures or anything. He just sent a simple postcard to everyone on a GOP donor base across the US. The back read, "I'm what's his name. I'm the GOP candidate for Senate NY. I'm running against Hillary Clinton. Please support me". End of text. The guy made millions. ;
