Lord Monckton Testifies before House Committee
« on: May 26, 2010, 07:56:23 PM »
Lord Monckton, a global warming skeptic, testified before a House committee and here's how it went:

Watch all three videos and you will be appalled by the behavior of some of the members of the committee, but then again, they are progressives.....

Before my head explodes....The comment by the bow tied pipsqueek regarding who will profit by not doing anything about climate change, aka global warming, is not only condescending but he neglects to mention Mr. Gore's profiteering from Cap and Trade.  This issue is all about Control.  It's about the kind of cars we will be able to buy, it's about how we will have to have our homes inspected before we can see them, it's about all the extra taxes that can be levied.  The Spanish Model that the Obama administration is hanging its hat on is a dismal failure.  It is bad for the Spanish economy and it will be a disaster on ours.

Cut and Chase, "It relies on a bogus and fraudulent accumulation of data unsubstantiated by all other data in comparison"

IT"S A SCAM, BEEN REVEALED AS A CRAP & TAX SCHEME, AND WILL NOT WORK.

Oh did anyone post the Mass. Council DENYING wind farms off Nantucket????? No Nuclear Plants, Coal is dirty, Oil is vile,.....even wood burning for the poor trees, is a NO NO....

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

The comment by the bow tied pipsqueek

The sight of this rude idiot reminded me of the answer a high school acquaintance gave to the question  "Why don't you were a bow tie?"

His answer was  "Because I don't sell balloons at Disney World."

The was back in the early 70' and he pegged that pipsqueek's true calling.

Of course questioning the Fuhrer is a kin to madness to the left. This bowtied dumbass attacked Monckton's title... What the hell does that have to do with anything?!!!?!?!?!?
"They couldn't even send us a REAL Lord", F*** him! At least he doesn't have his head so far up his ass that he can actually see what was on the slides. This is how progressives debate, by attacking the person or the motive not the facts. It's how Obama got elected and it's how Healthcare Reform was passed. Oh yeah I forgot the bribes... Sorry. This weasel from Washington state should be strung up by his ears for calling himself a representative of the People.

I was thinking about that...why he was so vehement about him not being a 'Voting Lord'.

I think his point was that Lord Monckton was not a legislator and, therefore, couldn't know anything.

Monckton pointed this out several time when he mentioned 'politics creeping in'.

Exactly. This guy isn't a member of the elite legislators so he, in turn, has no right to speak against the "elected representatives". This congressman from Washington let his true colors fly and exposed himself for the arrogant moron he is. This is the kind of politics that we can expect to see more of to ram through financial "reform" and cap and trade.
