I don't think Tom really cares what the law says.  He probably had "Live Free or Die" tattooed somewhere on his body!

I had heard they were attempting this, I had not heard the result.      This is the same Gov. who vetoed Castle Doctrine, and Pre-emption, both of which  were passed last year. Who ever brought the pre-emption law is an idiot though .
Pre - emption was included in the original lethal force law.
