I'm sure Michael is already on this. I looked it up WHOIS and it's some guy in Sunnyvale, CA. I won't out him here as to cause any grief for myself but I can see where this might be an infringement on Michael's copyright and trademark.

Well I bought backyardcommando.com  a couple of years ago but have not yet figured what to put up their.
