Comes with two "CLIPS"

And at a local gun shop no less!

Right there written on the tag for a brand new Seacamp: "Comes with two clips".

I call mags, mags and clips, clips, but that doesn't mean I'm going to slam someone who does call a mag a clip or vice versa.

A device for holding a group of cartridges. Semantic wars have been fought over the word, with some insisting it is not a synonym for "detachable magazine." Wow, relax man!  First, Eric wasn't "slamming" anyone, he simply pointed out something he had observed at a gun shop, but didn't make any negative comments.  Second, you are obviously unaware of the ongoing joke about clips vs mags.  It involves a member of our  DRTV family and his pet peeve concerning the fact that there is a difference between the two, but the term "clip" is used interchangeably.  It is all in good fun and no one is seriously upset by the misuse of nomenclature.  Sorry, you went to all the trouble to formulate and type out a rant, but you wasted your time with the lecture.

I will also add that I did not hassle the guys and gals at the gun shop over it (they were all very helpful and friendly). It just made me chuckle when I saw it in the display case.
