Hawaiian shirts galore
« on: June 24, 2010, 07:13:39 PM »
Michael mentioned some of his better Hawaiian shirts were getting hard or impossible to find, just found this place out of Chile Pepper Magazine, shown is a pepper shirt, but they have many selections. For those of you so bold.

MB seems to have a "flare" for fashion, I spotted his flaming skull shirt in Charlotte, NC right off, before he even turned around.

The old "Don Ho" shirts are making a comeback....

Preferably in silk.... ;) Cotton is 2nd best.....

Yes I have a few, and it is summer,.....they conceal my IWB rig just fine in the swamp, and are yet so stylish.... ;D

Thanks m25.

Nothing better than a Haiwian shirt, prefferably in silk. They are coolest fabric on the market. I prefer the solid colors, but the flowers are ok. The solids, at least in So. Fla. are considered dressy enough for anything not requiring a tie. Plus, as TW says, they are the best cover shirt for an IWB rig going. I'm even considering a new holster that will let me carry my Glock a little higher for a quicker draw. Buy the shirt one size too big and it still won't print.
FQ13 Magnum knew what he was doing. (Expcept for the "Mexican" bit). ;D

I love Hawaiian shirts, the missus hates them. Here's a good one for you.

Anti: I think some of you gentleman would choose to apply a gun shaped remedy to any problem or potential problem that presented itself? Your reverance (sic) for firearms is maintained with an almost religious zeal. The mind boggles! it really does...

Me: Naw, we just apply a gun-shaped remedy to those extreme life threatening situations that call for it. All the less urgent problems we're willing to discuss.

Wally World has two flavors in NE Ohio....George Forman and Faded Glory (I think).  The FG are cheaper and therefore are gone mostly.  They have some nice designs.

FWIW

Richard

PS:  Not my style but mught give them a try anyway.
