How dangerious can she be while suffering from oxygen deprivation? This act alone is totaly undefendable.

Why would a bunch of cops show up for a medical 911 call? Especially for an "elderly" medical call. That city sounds like it has WAY too many employees.

Maybe they should look for work at the mall.
