The SCOTUS issued the ruling in Heller.

And in 2 days, McDonald.

Hopefully, SCOTUS will leave the "loophole opportunities" for the weasel anti's out, and provide a ruling with no gray areas.

But I digress, after all, it IS the Third Branch of our Fed Gov't. :-\
