Former prime minister Kevin Rudd was backing secret plans to build a Stolen Generations ''sorry'' museum in the Parliamentary Triangle that was likely to replace Questacon.The plans for Mr Rudd's building dedicated to Aboriginal history were only at a conceptual stage and the former prime minister had earmarked the project as a big-ticket item for his second term - to coincide with Canberra's centenary in 2013.Mr Rudd's chief of staff, Alister Jordan, and the head of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Terry Moran, are said to be among the select few people who were involved.
