Seeing both of her parents moaning about this happening to their child perhaps points to the root of Lindsay's problems.

Would have increased her chances of recovery had they taken the "She done the crime, she does the time" attitude and let her know they would be there to support her when she takes recovery seriously.

Her father may have a point about the prescription drugs....I have not experience in that area.

Considering how peeved the judge was, I wouldn't be surprised to see the incarceration order written in such a way as to have LL serve her entire sentence in the women's version of San Quentin....

Legal 101: Never irritate the judge....they have almost-unlimited power and no accountability....and they can screw your life over like no one else....

I just wish Texas was as free and independent as everyone thinks it is...   :'(
