Considering how peeved the judge was, I wouldn't be surprised to see the incarceration order written in such a way as to have LL serve her entire sentence in the women's version of San Quentin....

Legal 101: Never irritate the judge....they have almost-unlimited power and no accountability....and they can screw your life over like no one else....

We went through this with Paris' momentary incarceration - apparently the Sheriff decides exactly how long someone says, and the Judge can't do anything about it - it is kalifornia after all.

We went through this with Paris' momentary incarceration.

If I remember correctly with Paris Hilton, the Sheriff released her after only a day or two. Then a judge found out about it and overrode the Sheriff and ordered her back to jail where she remained for 20 some odd days before being released. Sheriff departments don't always go along with the city or their court system. Here in Maricopa County, Arizona the Sheriff's department Hates the mayors GUTS! They are at each others throats on an all but daily basis. The latest escapade involved cussing and name calling. Pretty good actually.   Bill T.

Close.  The Hotels are named after her (family) and she is named after the city.
