I watched it last winter when it aired.  Very interesting, and makes me want to do my patriotic duty, and "harvest" more pork for the big smoker  ;D

On the same topic ... kinda:  Did you see After The Catch this week where they took a break from discussing Capt. Phil's death, and they went out on air boats "catch and release" for hogs?  They never showed the catch, but it sure looked like fun from what they did show!
