Now I'm thinking about a side by side range test.....if I can get the time.

I have 2 Marlin Model 60's, a 10/22, a Nylon 66, and a Stevens/Savage that I can compare side by side.

For the record, to-date, I have never had a .22 rifle that could best my Nylon 66 under 75 yards from a bench.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

I should have stated that more clearly, I have never owned one that would.

I traded two nylons in on a Glock.I semi-regret it, but figure a man just needs one .22. I kept the Ruger as it was the first gun I bought with my own (yard mowing) money. I'd still bet on the nylon. I just like the fun factor of the twenty round mags as both will shoot minute of tree rat.

See, this just proves what low down rotten liberal FQ really is.
He can't shoot his Hibiscus eating Iguana's but but he is perfectly willing to discriminate against " tree rats", They deserve to die, they wear fur.
