Found a new "personalized" way to get into trouble.
Was at a yard sale the other day and she had a NIB Bullet blender. If you don't know what one is, you must be like Tom B. and have no TV. She said she got two complete sets for the price of one, as they say on TV, and was selling the other set. Got it for $25. I like it cause it looked good for small work.
Anyway, I had thought it looked like a good ideal for a blender for small jobs. It has a power base and works like a traditional blender except the "bowl" is closed. You add the stuff, screw on the blades, put it on the base and let it do it's job.
Well, it comes with some mugs to use as the blending container, with handles and all. So there I was, thinking of what I could mix up in the Mugs...and Hazarita come to mind.
Kept the proportions the same. I used 2 shots of frozen Lime Juice, 2 shots of Tequila, 2 shots of beer and 1 shot of wine. Just as good.
I thought it would be better than making a whole batch, figuring each one would be fresh. Well it is all true, but the whole setup fits on your computer desk, so you don't even have to stop browsing while you whip up a new one.
I have discovered 3 things.
1. the lime juice doesn't have to be frozen
2. I need a better ice bucket.
3. I need to take a nap.
