Acually, a bullpup shotty for room clearing work seems to make a certain amount of sense. Sort of like an SBR. Less chance of it geeting grabbed and a good stance while staying legal barrel wise. However, this is theory. Anyone actually used one?

I had a Mossberg bullpup. It was short but kind of heavy.

Yes, I remember the Mossy 500 bullpups, they resembled nothing so much as a suit case.

The good thing about it was that it fit through a doorway sideways. Mine was the 6-shot so it only had an 18-1/2 inch barrel.

It is heavy, clumsy and ugly.

Mine is so ugly it wakes me up at night just sitting in my bedroom corner. 

That bullpup design might fix clumsy and ugly.  Might make heavy less noticeable with better balance.

Probably won't help the stupid safety and probably will hurt the already disadvantaged trigger pull.

Best Saiga buildups in US.  Barrels available as short as 8".  Folding stocks.  I haven't seen Tony in a few months to know how long his waiting list is, but I might wrongly think it is down to 6 months.  .410 version for the women.

Except for not being able to carry one in a thigh holster, these folding stock short barrel Lead Delivery System shotguns trump the 2 shot short barrel pumps.

Feather weight stock, 12ga. with an 8" barrel...  Can I get that with a 3 1/2" chamber to?   :o
