Hope it helps!

Big time jc451911, thank you.  I am going to take a look and compare them to my favorite 185+P Rem. GoldenSaber and CorbonDPX

Glad I could help! :)

The picture in my first post there was one std. expanded, one +p expanded, and one Tactical Hydra-Shok. The HST rounds measured a minimum of .97" to 1.1". The Hydra-Shok measured .72".

jc451911 every HydraShock i have tested has had total core/jacket separation in all medias. Which is the reason i wouldnt use or trust 'em. It sure looks to be a fixed problem from ur pics. But as usual I have to see the "proof-in-puddin"  myself, hope you don't take offense.

none taken.
the Hydra Shok I fired was the Tactical version with a bonded jacket. Otherwise, I've always had the same problem. Not so with HST.

About the question of +p or not, in Taurus' product booklet available at dealer of mail they state EVERY Taurus is +p "rated for duty" :D
