I've a funny feeling this rocket surgeon (mixed on purpose) is confused because you sometimes see 'rainbowing' in standing or slowly flowing ground water that is tainted w/ oils or chemicals. 

Still, no excuse for not understanding the basic concept of refraction.  Wonder if she remembers childhood at all?

Point. You see it when you start a two stroke outboard. Not totally stupid, just paranoid and not thinking things through. I wonder if she and Alex Jones could hook up? "Prison Planet, like totally cool dude". ;D
