Sorry I'm late to this thread.   

2 thoughts.

a)  Well, California.  Obviously, the Rainbow Coalition is involved here.


b) The IQ test is designed so the "average" score is 100.   That means that half of the people walking among us have IQs less than 100.

I heard that the average IQ is only 80 now because people are dumber than when the test was made. I believe it when I see people like that.
