Steve Lee American Rifleman
« on: September 01, 2010, 09:44:15 PM »
I got home from a day of work like I haven't done in several months ... including at home.  I waddled in the door, took a handful of asprin, grunted at the wife I would be on the couch, and I saw that American Rifleman was departing from their normal serious methods  ;D

Steve Lee and his two videos, I Like Guns and I didn't catch the title, but something about "they can have my guns when the ocean dries up."   ;D

Cool show!

Steve Lee appeared to be fighting for freedom in Australia just as we are forced to do here; I support his cause in his fight against oppressive government. I even searched around trying to see if he was selling a CD to help his cause, but did not find one. In any case here are the links to his two great videos if you missed the show.

I'll give up my gun.

You know, I almost hate to post this. Eric objected violently to me saying somethig harsh about W., and upon reflection, while what I said was true, it applies to BO every bit as much. I should have said that, and I'm sorry I didn't.  A tempest in a teapot ensued. He hasn't been back, and honestly? I kind of miss him. No one should feel they have to leave a board over an honest disagreement with one member. Its all in good fun and about honest differences of opinion which we should voice here among "family" so that we can present a united front to the antis. Still, I can't resist doing this. This is for you Eric! ;D

""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them
