DON'T SAND THAT PAINT!  Just get some laquer thinner and wipe it off.  Get some polishing compound, wax it, and you'll never be able to tell anything happened.

That was kind of my point. I'm on the fence death penalty wise. On the one hand, some A-holes deserve it. On the other, I'm not sure I want to give the state that much power, and I don't always trust the cops and courts. Regardless, if you're going to do it, freaking do it. The idea of someone dieing of old age on death row is absurd.

Okay, I can't believe I'm posting this, but here goes. A "Tag" is basically an autograph for you or your gang. Think "Kilroy was here". Its either (if done artistically) a claim to fame, as in "That Kilroy is cool", or a dis to a fellow tagger or rival gang. Ie you paint over a Sharks tag with the word Jets.  Either way, it gets you street cred with a certain kind of dumbass and buys you your 15 seconds of fame.
