In either 99 or 2k. the DOT did a study, they took a group of drivers, had them drive a cone corse once a day for 3 days strait.
They did is sober, drunk and on the phone.  Guess which one hit the most cones?  on the phone.

So, the real lesson to be learned here is don't go boating in your Ford Expedition.  That may be especially true when "alcohol may have been a factor."
