Key Dems may back DREAM Act

Senate Democrats who blocked an immigration bill in 2007 say they are undecided on how to vote on the measure this week.

Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) plans to attach the controversial DREAM Act to the defense authorization bill. But it’s unclear if it can attract 60 votes.

The DREAM Act, introduced by Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), would grant U.S. citizenship to certain children of illegal immigrants who came to the country before the age of 16.

JUST SAY NO, the traitors, idiots and one worlders can pass any law they want.
But they can't force people to do business with illegals, they can not protect illegals, and they can not protect the employers of illegals.

Truth, or consequences? Sigh.............(the Quaker puts on flame retardent suit ).....I support the Dream Act. Anyone who has read my posts knows I am pretty hardcore on anti-illegal immigration. I'm a lot closer to Brewer and Tancredo than W., BO, or MaCain. Still, the Dream Act makes sense. Kids brought here wirthout a choice, educated in our schools and culture, given our values and and language? Them, I'll take. Mom and dad can pound sand and/or go to jail for all I care, along with those who hired them. The kids though? What did they do wrong? Would you deport someone to a country they've never even visited?
If they have kept their nose clean, graduated HS and are willing to surrender citizenship in their parent's country? I don't have a problem with giving them a welcome. Mom and dad though, they're welcome to a free flight home. Adios and vaya con dios.
