USED to be only property owners could vote. Seems, that has changed, and thanks to ACORN, dead folks, felons, illegals, and pets, and total dumb ass's can get a vote now.

Someone look this woman up, and ask her; how's that hope and change doin for ya'.....?




Only property owners who owned 100 pounds worth of property or more.
It varied by state after the Revolution, many states, Ma. NY and Va among others raised the limit and disenfranchised many who had been able to vote under English rule.

I remember hearing about a blond news woman who was doing a live interview of a psychologist discussing low intelligence.

She asked him if there was a way to quickly determine if someone was of less than average intelligence.

He said that yes you can.  You ask them a question that any one with reasonable intelligence will be able to answer correctly.

She asked for an example and he said.

Captain Cook circumnavigated the earth on three trips.  He was killed on one of them.  Which one.

The woman replies.     Ah, can you give a different question?  I'm no good at History.
