+1 Solus. I've been using it for about 6 years and it did take some getting used to, but it was worth it. It's not always convenient, and I can nap without it, but I use it every night.
I got checked out because of horrible snoring. My wife was going to kill me. Found out I was waking up constantly, getting no REM sleep, burning brain cells, and starvingg myself of O2 all night. My Dr. said I was doing as much damage as if I'd drank a quart of vodka every night (except for the liver I presume).
It helped me a lot and you do get used to it, although it's not the same as sleeping without. Although he had some other issues, Reggie White died with untreated sleep apnea. It's serious.
