Auto-erotic asphyxiation. Apparently having the air almost gone makes the orgasm better. ::) Its actually a pretty common practice (relatively speaking), just a tad risky. A kid at my high school died that way (though I only found out years after the fact of course), it was  reported as just an accidental death at the time. Still, what an embarassing way to go, found by your mom and dad with your gear in your hand and a rope around your neck. :o. Yikes! And Ick! :P

You know Phil, living all the way in Australia, you are probably safe. Still, this is BillT we are talking about. He probably has something in the safe that will let him cap your ass all the way down there if the wind is steady and he holds his mouth just right. ;D ;D ;D

I guess you could say he came and went at the same time??   :o

Yes, the corner is lovely this time of year........     :P

M'lettes might be more fun, but here is the Quaker's (no batteries required ;D). 1 large measure of rum + 2 Benadryil (or other super drowsy anti-histamine) of your choice. It hits me like a rubber mallet, out for the count.

Problem is I'm a lightweight in both cases. My luck is I'd take 2 and wash it down with 2, and then be pronounced dead of an overdose at 2 the next day.  ::)

I may not have a reference, but I think I still prefer tired to dead.

Here is one when we lived in Lake Havasu City, the night she won a "Hot Legs & High Heels" contest. (Before she went blonde). She beat out a 27 year old gal from L.A. for 2nd place. She was 44 at the time. I remember she put the money toward a new Beretta A-390 Trap Gun. The contest was at a bar on the Colorado River near Parker. We had a good time that night. The boots she bought, the top she had, and the pants she made. It all worked out pretty well.

And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

So, this probably answers another question I had several months ago when you started using your current Avatar, Bill.  I had wondered if it was Melanie but decided "No, not even Billt can have it THAT good"  As a matter of fact, it was the long long legs of your Avatar that I noticed first...then the long blond hair and then the gun.  Wondered were you found that great Girls With Guns pinup.....    And now I see the Avatar has Melanie's legs.   Don't expect to be going to Heaven when you die, Bill, you have used up much of your share  ;D ;D ;D ;D

But I do have a question about your and Melanie's relationship.

When we see those pictures of all the guns, are some of those Melanie's mixed in with yours, or does she have her own annex filled with her safes too?

Been dealing with Sleep Apnea for several years.

I can't do full face masks but here is what has worked for me.

http://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed-mirage-swift-II-nasal-pillow-cpap-mask-system-with-headgear.html

I have used the Swift II for several years and it works well.  My hair is growing out and that makes the straps more of a hassle so recently I have been using the model below.

http://www.cpap.com/productpage/CPAP-PRO-Nasal-pillow-Interface-no-mask.html

Have been using this for about a month and don't notice I have it on any more.  The "bit" takes a few weeks to get used to, but it is very easy to take off and on.  Nothing to adjust after the initial fitting adjustments are finished.  This might take a night or two.  this model is a little more difficult to use if you sleep on your side as the pillow will put pressure on the mouth piece if you do not "molud" the pillow to give it clearance.
For a general sleep aid, I use Melatonin.  I have mentioned it here before.  Research it on the Inet.  It is a normally occurring hormone that diminishes with age and regulates sleep patterns.  3mg is the "favored dosage" for a sleep aid, but I do fine with one 1mg tablet each night and a second should I awake before morning.

I have worked in DME for a number of years....If you are having trouble getting used to your mask then contact the Respiratory Therapist who fit it for you and see about having the RAMP settings on your machine  increased as well.

Jaybet, did you ever wake up with reallly bad headaches? Your symptoms are the same as mine but i also have to go pee when i wake up. I started useing my machine about 18 months ago and my headaches  (waking up with) almost compleatly disapeared. My opinion of the machine is it was designed by "TORQAMADA" THE GRAND INQUISITER of the Spanish inquistion. I hate it but use it every night also.

The headaches are symptomatic of one who is a C02 retainer...it means you may be only using the ancillary muscles and  breathing from the top half of your lungs and as such are not off gassing properly.  Resulting in a failure of your lungs to get rid of Carbon dioxide and as a result the bloods Ph increases.  A Cpap or BiPap helps clear out these gases and may very well releive this issue for you.  Your Respiratory Therapists  just has to be careful in adjusting the settings of your machine so as not to interfere with your Hypoxic drive...just be patient as you have discovered...these Torture Devices do work in the end.
This relieves stresses on your heart and other vital organs which will shut down to protect both your heart and brain from Oxygen Deprivation....I'm not a Doctor...But I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
