I was just in San Fran...had to push a couple of guys smoking a joint out of the way to put money in the parking meter. They say the cops are instructed to do no more than write a parking ticket for pot smokers. It's considered a waste of resources.

I will keep trying, but it doesn't work for me with 2 browsers and 3 different internet connections.  :(  My problem is that the "submit" button on the first page doesn't do anything.  Looking at the code, it appears to be a broken reference.

After two days of attempts, I can't get to the voting page. I press submit and nothing happens.

Hope it gets worked out. MB deserves the Golden Moose, or a big woman jumping out of a cake,.... ::)

It didn't seem to do anything when I pressed submit yesterday, but I got an email thanking for my vote.  Oddly, it thanked me for voting democrat.  Hmmmm...  Is the website run by the SEIU?
