While I don't want to get into a Constitution argument with Tom, (I don't have the ammunition

)....what was I clumsily trying to say is. that if an employer wants to put rules in the contract or employment agreement, the employee has two choices; Agree or disagree, work or not work!
The Government has no say in the matter unless there proves to be a discrimination problem, disability problem or any other prejudice PROVEN against the employer by an employee.
Most people are "Employees at will" whereas, there is no written agreement and the employer is allowed, rightfully, to change the rules at any time for any reason. Employment contracts, on the other hand, are a contractual agreement, signed after legal review and agree too by both parties. If either violates the agreement, then there is a problem.
