The Anti-American Manifesto

Cartoonist Ted Rall was on MSNBC talking about his new book "The Anti-American Manifesto." The book, and its author, suggest that the time has come for violent revolution in America.  

Excuse me, but isn't calling for the violent overthrow of the government a crime?  And they call us extremists!  Even Obama isn't radical enough for this guy and MSNBC.

So the libs want a revolution because our Marxist/Socialist Usurper-In-Chief, his henchmen in Congress and willing accomplices in the lamestream media aren't Marxist/Socialist ENOUGH?!?  WTF?!?

There's only one MAJOR issue I don't think they've thought through.  Those THAT far left won't have the MEANS for violent revolution.

Oh yeah, these asshats define "semi-violent" as truckers parking their rigs along the highway?  Are you effing kidding me?

I'd like to know more about this guy.  Does he have any foundation and substance, or is he just a trouble maker?  Trouble makers is what most commentators are.  They throw a bunch of crap out and wait to see the turmoil they can stir up to sell their comments, in this case cartoons, to guarantee their income.

He even stated that the only reason he chose the title was to "own it" because he believes that is what the other side is going to use for their book.  Who is the other side that he is fighting?

He is dead right about one thing, the only way to fix America's current problems is through revolution.
Any one who doubts the accuracy of what I am about to write need only look back to Herbert Hoover's administration.
The 2 biggest problems in America today are immigration and the economy, and they are interrelated.
Deport 20 million illegal aliens and you instantly create at last 5 million jobs for Americans, cut crime, and lower the cost of social services.
The only way to "fix" the economy is to drastically cut spending and divert the savings to paying off the debt.
This means the elimination of most Govt "social programs" and agencies with no immediate drop in taxes, in fact it would be necessary to introduce new taxes such as tariffs and import duties so that it becomes more profitable for companies selling in the US to manufacture here creating more jobs, more tax revenue and speeding up the repayment of the debt thereby saving money on the interest.
There is no way in hell that any official dependent on popularity with the electorate will have the guts to do these things, If he does Hoover shows he will be out on his ass after one term if not removed before it expires. After 60+ years of Socialists campaigning on the "entitlement " platform to many people think they are owed something.
Every one wants to "fix" things, but no one wants to have their little hand out cut off, the financial version of NIMBY
As an example, A local town cut the "community band" budget by 50% and half the town is going ape shit about it.
What is not being mentioned is that these cuts have been applied to all town departments, the selectman even cut their own pay by 100%, also, 60% of the band budget went to it's director. This might not be so bad if this were the band directors sole means of income however the director gains the position by being hired as the High School Music teacher, in other words on top of receiving full time pay as a teacher they got to pocket 2/3 of the band budget.

Well he can't even get that right.

Titles, I don't believe, can be copyrighted,  except in some special cases,  (.e.g., I Had a Dream) or titles related to Trademarks (Micky Mouse, Coca Cola)

Yeah, he "owns" it as he's in the news with it, but anybody can publish another book with the same title.

At this point of desperation, the Libs would LOVE a violent upheaval. That way, the door for Martial Law, and flashbacks of the movie "V", will be unleashed. They will have the Constitution on THEIR side, in times of National Emergency, and those so called phantom "internment camps" constructed in the desert, will suddenly be right on time.

The dollar would totally collapse as China would recall it's debt, the bond market, which is on the brink of negative yields, would fail,

There would be a run on the banks, for cash, which would be worthless, looting by criminal elements would be rampant, and it would make the Civil War look like a football game on Sunday.

The reset button has MAJOR consequences. How bout we give the recent elections a chance. There will be a time to draw a line in the sand. When George Soros, the U.N, and a New World Order encroaches on my job, trips to the grocery store, depositing my paycheck, and riots break out:

The "militia", and this Nations true "Minutemen" will rise up, and I will be among them.

It doesn't have to be a violent revolution, more like what Honduras tried to do .
A sort of "Palace coup" by way of the SCOTUS  would give you the tools to shut down the socialist resistance that would follow.
