I tried to reply last night but I must have hit a wrong key since it isn't here.
TAB, I'm aware of that, since I have been doing some research on it lately, but most people only hear of it when some one gets sued for not having ramps and the like.

No one is saying any thing about breaking any laws or doing anything underhanded, simply sticking it to pricks who deserve it.
If I could sue every one I saw reading newspapers or mail, or texting , while driving down city streets I would clean them out, leave them starving in their mortgaged cardboard box, and sleep like a baby that night.

They call it a drive by lawsuit.  You drive by, say you couldn't get to thier place of biz, the collect the check.  normally is 3-5k to go away.

Thats why ramps and parking places are the most popular.  you never have to go in,  going in then saying you couldn't do X becuase of Y is alot harder to prove in court.  Its also a crime to go into a place of biz to look for violations for the purpose of sueing the owners.
