#186 - Any Other Weapon (AOW)

In this episode, MB mentioned that we need to get suppressors in the AOW category. I agree. The one question is, does an AOW also require the signature of the local Sheriff or not? If so, that requirement needs to be removed as well, IMO.

Yes.  An AOW is still regulated by the NFA, and as such requires the Sheriff's signature

Agreed....modern technology has brought us to the point where a simple NICS check can do more than the NFA paperwork ever did. Move 'em all over to the "Firearm" category....
