No need for that. Just go to the corner and we can talk about proper language usage. It is not right that I, an engineer of all things, should catch a smart lady like you with a minor in English in an error in print. I make many language errors, just ask my wife the ex-teacher. Sigh, I have spent too many years correcting college papers and tests for me not to call for the red pencil.  

I am on my way to the corner now. I hope there is still some craft beer left.

To be a pedant, I think the usage you were looking for was "families that there are." But you are still wrong. Beagle puppies are the best for families. And setter puppies are good too.

My vote would be for Labs, but my experience is limited.
one thing I do know is when the subject is Puppies, breed doesn't matter
