Want to know how the lame ducks in Congress plan to "cut" federal spending – which seemed to be a dominating theme of the 2010 elections? They're proposing a plan to take upwards of $44 billion a year from taxpayers and hand it over to illegal aliens who are in the United States so they can go to college. The plan is called the Dream Act, for Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors, and its critics know it as an amnesty program for illegal aliens. Its supporters say anyone who doesn't want to spend the money on college subsidies for illegal aliens is "racist." But policy experts are warning the act is truly transformative and in the end, among other things, would authorize federal loans to literally millions of newly qualified applicants and provide a preference for the children of illegal aliens in state college admissions.

If you haven't already done so, call, fax, write and phone your congresscritters with all due haste.  Inanecy Pile-of-shi* and Dingey Harry plane to ram this mess through on Monday.  There are still some Dummycraps sitting on the fence on this one, and a couple of Republicraps, too.  Lemieux from Florida is threatening to vote for this steaming evil, but I think his mind can be changed.  Be polite, but firm with your congresscritters--unless you can believeably threaten their families--then, just go for it (that last part was a joke--unless it wasn't).

 Just One more Nightmare for U.S. Citizens

 

Spending Our Money to Reward Illegal Alien Law Breakers

 

Once again the progressives are planning on treating American citizens as second class citizens in their own country and fleecing them in the process.   The latest scheme to defraud and debased the American citizen is called the DREAM Act. It’s a 44 billion dollar slap in the face to the American citizen who pays taxes and who is currently struggling to pay the mortgage let alone send their own kids to college.

 

Making it Legal to Discriminate against U.S. Citizens

 

Among other things the Act would repeal 8 U.S. Code 1623  which prohibits preferential treatment to illegal’s aliens over U.S. citizens.  Section 1623 provides:

 

“…an alien who is not lawfully present in the United States shall not be eligible on the basis of residence within a State (or a political subdivision) for any postsecondary education benefit unless a citizen or national of the United States is eligible for such a benefit…”

 

The DREAM Act would make it lawful to discriminate against U.S. citizens as to educational benefits based on their citizenship. Outrageous!!!! Provision 1623 is supported by the American Legion and specifically noted in its national policy statement entitled Policy On Illegal Immigration. 

 

Making our Kids Compete with Illegals for Benefits

 

This nightmarish Act would allow illegals to have Stafford Loans, Perkins Loans, Federal Direct Stafford/Ford loans, and federal work-study programs and federally sponsored tutoring and counseling.  Not only would we taxpayers have to pay for such our kids would have to compete with illegals to get them.

 

Leading the charge for the DREAM act is none other than Progressive Senator Harry “undocumented Americans” Reid who has placed the bill on the lame duck legislative calendar. According to Sen. Jeff Sessions the Dream Act will open the door to   for illegal aliens to“…access in-state tuition rates at public universities, federal student loans and federal work-study programs….” and will provide some of these benefits for eight years even if the illegals do not finish a college degree program. 

 

General Amnesty is the Intermediate Objective

 

This is just part of a general amnesty act that would give millions of more illegal aliens amnesty and access to tax payer funds according to Sen. Sessions and other immigration watchers.    And the word is, true to Progressive form, they will try to sneak it through without hearings.They know what is best for us (and the world.)

 

Legislative Liars and THIEFS

 

 The bottom line is, despite what millions of Americans think, we are not really obligated to provide illegals with K-12 education. This Myth is based on the 1982 Supreme Court case of Plyler vs. Texas.   First the Supreme Court noted that the state had failed to prove any of its three theories supporting its restriction on illeglas attending public schools and finally put the issue right back in Congress’ lap as it had not made a clear policy statement regarding the states not having to educate illegals.

 

We citizens have been bamboozled since 1982 by our state and federal legislators with the state legislators saying it was a federal problem and the federal legislators trying to lay it in the Court’s lap. Our state and federal legislators have been living up to their reputation as being liars and thieves and we surely lived up to ours for being lazy idiots by trusting them.

I called Senator Sam Brownback’s office last week to get his position on the DREAM Act. They say he hasn’t released a statement on it yet. That is the exact thing they told me in 2007 when I called every other day to get his position on the 2006 Kennedy- John McCain- George Bush Amnesty and Open Borders  Act.

 

If you will recall Sam Brownback voted for the Kennedy –McCain bill minutes before he voted against it once he realized it was going to fail. Yes we know whose side Sam stands on…his own.

 

Kansas getting its Share of Lies and Deceit

 

According to a study by F.A.I.R illegal aliens cost Kansans $442 million dollars for per year.  Wow that is just about the amount of this year’s budget deficit! The cost for K-12 education for illegal aliens is about $259 million dollars according to one source. 

 

 Do we think that the Supreme Court would have the gall to tell us today “There is no evidence in the record suggesting that illegal entrants impose any significant burden on the State's economy….” as it did Texas some 28 years ago? Now some Kansas districts have more English language learners than students who do not speak English as a second language. 

 

F.A.I.R. estimated the illegal population in Kansas in 2008 to have been 70,000.   However this estimate is clearly low. Consider that Joan Wagon, the Secretary of Revenue, testified in January of 2008 before a Senate Committee, that there were at that time 50,000 driver’s License in the hands of persons who could not prove “legal presence” and others have said they believe the number is closer to 70,000, then factor in a spouse and a kid or two the amount is closer to 200,000+.

 

The end game is to break our economy and make us all dependant on the federal government. We are going through the process of being broken from people - citizens into sheepeople-subjects, “citizens of the world” if you prefer.

I kdid you not, if it was not for aillegals CA would be well into the black.  Recent numbers have been released saying that the average illegal alien costs CA ~38k a year.

Think about that for a second.Thats 380 mil for every 100k, there has to be atleast 500k in CA.  not to mention all the ones that ran accross the boarder and droped a kid.
