I have dozens of cassettes. Great music too. Is there any way to easily put them on CD or whatever computer vodoo they do now, or do I chalk them up with my my albums (yes I do sometimes stick needles in my music
) and say "Gee it was fun while it lasted"? Thoughts?

wife just converted old VHS tapes to DVD's via a samsung converter. They have record players, yes, good ol' LP's that USB to CD.
I'm sure I've seen one for cassettes.

I bought a Nero program a few years back that will capture the audio (must plug into computer) and convert it into whatever format you want. don't know if they still sell it though.

Haven't done business with DAK in several years, but his stuff was reliable when I did. It appears he is still in business.

Use the microphone input jack and mp3 recording software at the computer and audio out from your cassette player, biggest drawback is recording will be in real time.

Hey, it could be worse! You could be inquiring about transferring music from eight track.
