I found this to be the most interesting of the Wiki Leaks documents I've seen so far (I'm still reading). Its nothing unexpected, but it is nice to know that China is seeing sense. They seem to be fed up with the NKs and are just trying to avoid a meltdown.

It's pretty much what I've been saying for years.
Every time NK starts their annual saber rattling before the US SK military exercises.
IIRC they are called "Team Spirit", but I might be confusing that with another NATO exercise.
