Memorial Weekend Shooting Competition?

Me and my extended family (20 or so) all take an annual camping trip at the Sun Canyon Lodge, MT Memorial weekend.  We have a fairly good paintball game that gets bigger every year.  We were thinking about starting some kind of a shot comp.  It is still pretty cold here that time of year but we're tough.  Just wondering where I could find laws pertaining to that sort of thing,  if anybody thinks it sounds like a good idea, and if there is anybody in the area that would like to get in on it.  Nice lodge up there (we never stay there though)  about 10 cabins, plenty of places to pitch a tent or park a camper,  They have a bon fire, band,  and roast Saturday and Sunday.  I sure they would appreciate the buissness.  Regardless of the weather the Lodge gets pretty busy.  Everyone always has a great time.  Just a thought
