What would like to see covered at SHOT 2011
« on: December 01, 2010, 08:23:44 AM »
I am presently listening to MB's Blog and thought I'd throw this out to the forum.  What would you like to see MB cover @ SHOT?

I for one would like to see the Sig 290.  I would like to see it photographed next to something of known size...something like between a Glock 26 and a Ruger LCP.

Some of the 1911 Anniversary Edition Pistols coming out, that are NOT $1500.00, and what the gun manufacturers/dealers are planning for continued success in a depressed economy.

BHO was the biggest gun salesman in 08 & 09.  So what's next?
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

Things like the AR lock on the home page for example.

To add to my post,

cleaning supplys, you know the new stuff on the market.

Tools that make things easier, for what ever.

guns/ gear designed for women/kids.  I'm not just talking about something in pink, but maybe a stock thats inbetween say a youth size and a adult or say ear protection that is smaller that will fit kids better( always thought that was a great idea, but I've never seen any)

Targets, every thing from paper to reactive, don't forget bb/air rifle stuff

as I mentioned in the last post, locks, safes, storage, transport, etc.  Then inovative stuff.  Not just some new shape or new way to open it.

booth girls

CCW related clothing/ gear that does not scream CCW.  So no vests, cargo pants etc.  Things like pants that look normal and have a extra X for Y would be good.

Gag gifts...

Inexpesnive fire arms that are great bang for your buck.

An inexpensive J-frame type revolver (prefferably with a shrouded hammer).
Inexpensive and reliable after market mags (10/22, hi-point, Glock, AR etc,) just a review of whats out there and worth looking at.
Holsters! We all have a drawer full. Is anyone offering something worthwhile and new this year?
The ever elusive .45 carbine that takes pistol mags. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
