gives a new meaning to 'crawling out of the bottle'

though I'm not sure what that means yet.... I brewed some hard cider this trip, mmmmmhmhh. yummy. hard sparkling cider. pours out like a soda or champagne... bubbly and good. not too sweet, and definitely smooth. yum, yum, yum.
made about 30 liters, and have about 8 left. saving those for Christmas with the family, or just the wife, we'll see.

hey, mine turned out great! having a tough time keeping the last of it until Christmas! made about 30 liters MMMHHH! and only have about 6 left. must.. keep.. out.. of.. supply......AAAHGhh!!
sparkling hard cider, mmmmmhh. can't beat it!

alton brown has a recipe for ginger ale. ( I'm sure you can find it on the food network site) that is killer.

have been looking online on how to malt barley and such. all I really need now is hops. can buy hops pellets or order rhizomes to grow my own. not sure how well that will go over with customs though.
