That video has been on the web for years.  I've never really bought it either having done about a buck forty myself in the past.  Something seems wrong..

it would be pretty easy to prove its not a hoax...  all it would take is a expert to calculate the actual speed.  then another to prove the video was not messed with.  From what has been told on this story, they got the OG copy of the video, so thats a slam dunk.

It would be much harder to prove he was driving, unless he did something else dumb like post it on the net saying he did it.

I'm betting he did.
